Sold a craft!

posted in crafts |

As you all know, I am looking into possibly starting a stay at home craft selling business. Since I love to make any and all crafts I thought it would be quite neat to see if I could actually make a little profit off them. Well, I’d like to report that I sold my first craft at the new craft store that opened up in town. I made a sold a unicorn cross stitch. When pricing it, I only took into the cost of materials not my time. As this is still a hobby for me, there is no way I would feel comfortable charging for my time. Still after supplies I made a little profit. So, it was totally worth it to me and it gave me the incentive to create more!
