There are several reasons why a person would choose to apply for a credit card. One of these reasons would be to help them to establish good credit in their own name. Because I had no credit whatsoever in my own name, I figured this would be the best method for me to choose as with a credit card you can control the payments. Trust me when I say this, I am a blogger, not a photographer. This was any more evident to me then today. I purchased a small digital camera almost a month ago and could not for the life of me figure it out. But, I am determined if nothing else and decided I would give it my best to try to figure this little thing out. Well, I’m happy to report that I was able to figure it out, but I’m also a little embarrassed to tell you all exactly what the problem was. But, since I’m an honest person, I will tell you. The battery that came with the camera had a small protective film on it. When I put it originally in the camera I didn’t take it off. So, you can see why my camera wouldn’t work. I am so stupid. After I took the protective film off the battery, much to my amazment it worked! Chalk this up to a learning lesson to me. lol
