Lifes Like That

Yesterday in the groceries we bought a chicken that was already cooked.  So, today we decided that instead of putting it in the oven to warm it up we would throw it on the barbeque.  I have to say that it was probably the best tasting chicken that I have ever had.  As it was pre-cooked, we didn’t have to worry about it not being cooked enough and it only had to stay on the barbeque for a few minutes.  This was a wonderful treat for the family and the children just loved it.  So, of course now I am going to look for chicken every time I shop for groceries so that we can have this type of tasty chicken a lot.
