Quiet weekend

Quiet weekend

The weekend has finally arrived and as you all know, I like to keep you all updated on our plans for the weekends.  The past two weekends we have gone camping and both weekends it has rained.  We still enjoyed ourselves, but the rain did kind of put a damper on things.  So I said that if they were calling for rain this weekend we were not going to attempt our third rainy camping trip.

Well this weekend they are calling for rain so we have decided not to go camping this weekend.  So it will be a quite and relaxing weekend for us this weekend.  We will probably head out to my husband’s parents for a visit but I’m thinking the rest of the weekend we will probably stay put and out of the rain.

So what are your plans for the weekend?

Candy!

Wether your a kid or a kid at heart, I think your will probably enjoy this post. It’s all about a site that supplies the opportunity to purchase Bulk Candy. Who doesn’t love candy in some form or another? And if you purchase a lot of it in the run of a year that I have some good news for you. You can make your purchases from a site over at esnacks.com. They specialize in the sale of bulk candy. You can read all about their yummy products in their latest press release. Not only are you able to make all your candy purchases from this site at drastically reduced prices, but they all supply all the hard to find candy as well. So, the next time your in the grocery store and are considering purchasing a large amount of candy, why not just walk right on by, head on home and make your purchase from this site. You will save a massive amount of money on something you would be buying anyway.

Great surprise

Well I told you all what wonderful teachers my two youngest children had this past year in school and here is just another example of how great they are.  At the end of the school year both children gave their teachers a gift just to show their and my appreciation for all the hard work, caring and kindness that they showed the children during the year.  Yesterday in the mail my daughter received a letter from her grade 3 teacher.  In the letter she thanked Kara for the gift that she had given her, told her she was a very special little girl and wished her to have an awesome summer.  So once again this teacher showed that she is willing to above and beyond the call of duty when she takes a bit of time out of her summer holidays to remember students that were in her class.  My daughter got the biggest kick out of this card and she hasn’t let go of this piece of mail yet.  When I am finally able to pull it out of her hands I plan on putting this momento into her scrapbook.
