Lifes Like That

After months and months of searching I was finally able to find the knitted afghan pattern that I had lost.  It had fell behind the computer stand, and although I know I searched there before, for some reason when I looked back there last night.  There is was.  So, I started to knit the afghan again last night.  Because it’s been so long since I had the pattern, I had forgotten where I left off so I had to take out all the work that I had done earlier and start from scratch again.  But at least I now have the pattern again so hopefully I will be able to finish it this time before I lose the pattern again.  I swear if my head wasn’t attached….

Now that I’m unemployed and September is almost here, I’v been tring to decide what I would like to do next with my life. I have decided that maybe I would like to further my education in some way. Being older, I’m not really interested in going back to school and atteneding a formal school setting. So, I have been looking at possibly taking an online degree of some sort. I have discovered that over a Gibbs College I can take my online business degree and complete it at my own pace. This is a serious benefit to me as I do have two small children at home and unfortunately sometimes life does get in the way of completing things.
