Lifes Like That

On Thursday my husband’s mother was taken to the hospital.  She has been sick with cancer for a very long time, and this trip to the hospital was because she has gotten sicker.  When we told the kids that grammie was in the hospital again, they wanted to make her some get well cards.  They put a lot of time and effort into them and were very proud of their works of art.  When we took the cards up to her on the weekend, she was just thrilled with the effort the kids put in to them.  So, homemade get well cards are most certainly better than the bought ones.  Just ask grammie, she’ll tell you!
