As you all know this past week has been a pretty rough one for me and my family. My mother-in-law passed away, and this has been a very stressful and trying time for the entire family. But, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the bloggers that I have met in the past eight months for all their sympathy and condolences. I was amazed at all their generous hearts. I can’t say I am surprised as they have already demonstrated in the past how wonderful and thoughtful they all are. But, once again they made me realize why I just love being a part of the blogging community.

It is now September. The kids are back in school so it’s time for me to decide what to do with my life. Two different options that I have been considering have been either to go back to work or to go back to school. Although I do have a college diploma, I have been thinking about attending a university and getting a degree in the legal field. So, this is why I have been checking into different universities. I have found a site where I can perform a university search to get as much information as I possibly can that concerns any university. Over at this site, I can check out any college or university to compare information regarding their programs and degrees. You can search information by major, state or degree type. With the large amount of post secondary institutions available now, trying to find the one that is just right for you can be a very stressful task, but with this site you can find one that is right for you in a short amount of time.

Since it’s been a rough week for the kids, my husband and I have decided that today we are going to try to do something fun with them. They have been so great so all this and have been acting really good (they know daddy is upset) that I think they deserve to have a special day. So we are going to take them to our big fun park that is around here and then we will take them out to supper. This is just our little way of saying thank you to them for being so thoughtful and caring.

As you all are aware for the past few months my husband and I have been doing renovations in our mobile home to get it looking good to sell it. Most of the renovations turned out great, but we did have a few problems along the way. One of the projects that we undertook that we had a few problems with was when we went to renovate the living room. My husband wasn’t very knowledgeable when it came to trying to repair damaged plaster that had occurred in this space. But, after a lot of hard work he did end up getting all this work completed.
This is why is would have been an excellent idea to have had knowledge about a site that specializes in giving you information on any do it yourself projects in the home. I have found a site over at DoItYourself.com. This site is an open and free community where you will find tons of articles and active forums that can help you with any do-it-yourself home improvement projects. Not only do they have great articles such as knowledge is power, but they also offer you the opportunity to purchase their do-it-yourself DVD that will help you with any home improvement project. If we had of found this site, before we started out living room renovations, I know we could have saved ourselves a ton of headaches.
