They messed up
It’s nice to see that when a company messes up they take responsibilty for the actions and try to make things right. This doesn’t happen very often, so when it does I like to give credit where credit is due. I am talking about an incident that happend this morning. I realize it was only a small purchase, but it was still nice that these people were so helpful. I went to my local Tim Horton’s this morning (anyone from Canada knows exactly what I’m talking about) and they messed up my order. When I explained to them that they messed up my order, they proceeded to aplogize quite nicely and they gave me a little extra something for my troubles. This is what I would call excellent customer service and this is why I continue to frequent this store.
