Lifes Like That

For the past seven years, I was employed as an assistant manager, waitress and cook at a very busy restaurant. Although I have no formal training in cooking, I enjoyed my job very much. But due to reasons beyond my control, I had to leave my place of employment. Now that it’s September and the kids are back in school, I’ve been thinking about taking some courses in the culinary arts.
