Long….weekend

This coming weekend is our Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada.  So normally the kids would have Saturday, Sunday and Monday off from school for this holiday.  But, out kids are actually enjoying a really long….weekend.  They have today, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday off due to teacher’s meetings.  The weekend hasn’t even started, and we have a really busy one planned.  Tomorrow my youngest son needs to go into the hospital for dental surgery.  So tomorrow is pretty much shot.  Saturday they have been invited to our neighbor’s daughter’s birthday party and on Sunday we have been invited to dinner by my father in  law.  Busy, busy, busy.  But at least the family will be together and that is what holidays are all about right??

    Yeah a five day weekend…I never had five day weekends when I was in school. Good luck with the dental surgery. Aidan did really well with his. The worst is sitting and waiting.
