Back to normal

Yeah!!  I survived five days of having the children home and three days of having my husband home.  It was actually not as bad as I had envisioned it to be.  The kids didn’t fight as much as they usually do and with my husband having three days off, he was in a really good mood all weekend.  We had a busy weekend and we were constantly on the go so maybe the time away from the house helped to eliminate some of the kids fighting.  But, today everything is back to normal.  The kids are back in school and my husband is back to work.  So it’s business as usual for me today and the best part of this is that I get to have the house all to myself again.  Oh…so much housework to do.  But, at least with no one underfoot, I will be able to get it done.

    Same here! I had my mom, dad, sister and niece here all weekend. The kids were up late everynight and were getting pretty cranky. As you put it…it’s back to normal and me and Blakie are getting ready to do our one hour walk to Zellers.(and it’s cold and windy, should be fun!)
