Fancy pearls

With Christmas less than two months away, I have been giving my husband some serious hints as to what he could purchase me for Christmas. One of the things that I have mentioned to him more than once is that he could buy me some pearl jewelry. Ever since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of owning a real set of pearls of my own. This is now possible as I have found a site that specializes in the sale of pearls over at purepearls.com.

They offer the largest selections of pearls online and all their fine pieces come with a free appraisal. This is great news and this guarantees that any piece of pearl jewelry that you purchase from them is completely guaranteed. And because they are the largest seller of pearls, they can offer you great prices with up to 85% below retail value. This is because the purchaser deals directly with them and does not have to go through any middlemen. So, if you have someone in your household who would enjoy the gift of pearls for this upcoming Christmas season, why not drop by this site and discover just how affordable pearls can be.

My $1.50 cheque

Most of you that read this blog are aware that I do a little paid blogging reviews for some extra income for my house.  I also do a couple of affiliate programs.  Yesterday when I checked my mailbox I seen a cheque in there from one of the affiliate companies that I work for.  I was so excited as this was the first cheque that I received from this particular company so I was really happy to see that they do pay their affiliates.  Well, I can’t even begin to explain my surprise and laughter when I opened up the cheque to see that it was made out to me for $1.50.  I have never  cashed a cheque for this amount in my life.  I can’t wait to see the look on the girls faces at the bank when I do eventually take it down to put in my account.  Oh well, hopefully next month I’ll get another cheque from them with  a higher amount.  I keep saying that every little bit helps, but….?

Going from point A to point B

Although most people drive and own their own vehicles, sometimes they do require the services of a car service like the Newark car service. Maybe you are going out of town on business and you don’t have your own vehicle with you, or maybe your going out for a night out on the town and don’t want to have to worry about driving to different places or would like to make a night very special for a certain special person. All these reasons are very good reasons to hire this type of service provider.

The people over at allstatelimo.com can help you with any transportation issues. They supply all types of vehicles such as taxi service, limos, cars and vans. Because they have been in business for quite a period of time, they are able to offer consumers the very best service at extremely affordable prices. So, if you find yourself in need of a car service for any reason, why not drop by this site and see just how this company can get you from point A to point B in style and comfort.

Another great teacher

My son really thinks that my daughter’s grade 4 teacher is one of the best.  Yesterday both of my kids went skating with their classes and for the first time ever they were both on the rink at the same time.  Toward the end of the skating session my son fell down really hard and bumped his head (he is OK).  But that was the end of skating for him and he wanted to come home.  So, I said I would bring him home, but by him coming home he would miss out on his Halloween party at school.  He wasn’t too impressed with this idea.  So Kara’s teacher told him to come home for a little while and then come back to school in the afternoon JUST for the party.  He thought this was really cool that a teacher was telling him to come home and then come back to school JUST to party, not to work.  So, that’s what we did and the rest of his day was great.

When we got home, he informed me that when he gets in grade 4 he wants to have this teacher.  That’s a pretty high complement coming from him as he is extremely shy and it does take him a while to warm up to teachers.  But, this one stole his heart!

Beautiful gift

One of my friends just received a beautiful Jaeger Le Coultre watch as an appreciation gift for all her service to the company for the past 15 years. I had never seen a watch of this brand before, but after seeing hers I want one! I just love the style and look of the watch. She does work hard for the company and I was really pleased to see how they rewarded her for all her hard work. I have giving my husband some hints and maybe I will see something similar to this under my tree this year.
