Illness update

As most of you know, my daughter has been really sick this past two weeks with phenomia.  Last night I took her back to the doctor to see if she was getting any better since she had started taking her medicine.  It seems to me like all she is is getting worse, but I was happy to hear from our doctor that she is indeed getting better.  He said right now that she sounds a lot worse than what she really is so that was good news for us.  He said she is to stay home from school for the rest of the week, but will be able to go back to school on Monday.  I certainly hope this is the case as she is in grade 4 this year and has missed so…much work over the past couple of weeks.  But, what can you do??  If a kid is sick, they are sick.  Hopefully this will be over soon.

    I am so glad she is starting to feel better! pneumonia is tough and takes a long time to get over. Hopefully her teacher is understanding and helps her get back on track when she returns.
