Lifes Like That

Tomorrow night is the annual Santa Clause parade in the town that my father-in-law lives in.  Because my daughter was so sick for the one that was held in our town and we were unable to attend it, we have decided that we will take the kids to this one.  We don’t normally attend this Santa Clause parade, but because we haven’t gone to one yet, we are planning on going to this one.  We are going to go visit my husband’s father first and then when the parade is about to start, all we need to do is walk up over the hill and we will be able to watch this parade together.  I’m pretty sure that my father-in-law is going to join us as well.  The kids aren’t aware of this and when they find this out I know they are going to be extremely happy.  Hopefully we get the weather that the weather man is calling for.  This will make it a fun and not really cold night out.  Now if the kids can stay healthy for just one more day, we will be all set.

We have finally made a decision. In the Spring we will be putting our mobile home on the market for sale and purchasing a new house. To make this transition run as smoothly as possible I am now looking at different lending institutions to find the best options and rates on cheap mortgages. The reason why I am looking now and not waiting until we actually do sell this home and get ready to buy is because I would like to have pre-approved mortgage already set up when we start to look.

There are so many companies out on the market right now that offer all kinds of information on mortgages that I realize that I have a lot of researching ahead of me.
