My take on Social Spark
So most of you know that I do some paid posting for several companies. One of the companies that I consistently to work for is PayPerPost. I have been with them for well over a year now and am quite happy with the work I do for them. So, when I got wind that they were setting up another company called SocialSpark, I knew that I was at least going to try them out.
Well I have been with SocialSpark for a little over a month now. And over all I am quite pleased with what I’ve seen so far. Actually it’s a pretty easy site to join up with. Once you have signed up then you need to create a profile. In this profile you can list as many blogs as you want, name, age, marital status, likes, dislikes and employment history. The more information you provide, the better the advertisers can get to know you and decide if they want you to do work for them. If you would like to check out my profile at SocialSpark, my user name is kdarrell. I have decided to share my profile link with you so you can get a feel of what a public profile will look like. As you can see in my profile, I have friends (other bloggers and advertisers) and props (if people like your blogs or posts they can give you a prop). I don’t have a massive amount of each, but I do have enough for just starting out.
Then after setting up your profile. You can go into the system and start browsing the job market. If you like a particular opportunity then you click on it to be able to reserve it. If all the spots are filled, then you have the option of being put into a reservation when a slot becomes available. I really like this feature and have gotten quite a few opportunities this way. And while your waiting for opportunities to become available, you can go on in the system and start inviting people to be your friend.
My overall opinion of SocialSpark so far has it’s been a pretty good experience. Of course with this being a new program, there are still some kinks and bugs to be worked out. But overall it’s a pretty good company to be a part of. If you haven’t signed up for SocialSpark yet, then come on in and join us. Just let me know when you’ve joined so I can friend you. And if your in there and I’m not your friend, let me know and I’ll go in and friend you. See you all at SocialSpark.
