I’m so slack!

Last month I cleaned out my gym room and set up all my equipment. But that’s all I have done with it. I know I really should get on my treadmill and get some use out of it. But honestly, I’m just too lazy. I would rather do crafts, play on my computer or play outside with the kids. In all honesty, I would rather do anything. I just hate working out. But because some of the equipment in my room is a little expensive I really must start using it. I’m planning on getting started back into my exercise routine next week when the kids go back to art camp. Maybe if I have a little “me” time, I’ll do what I should be doing. Then again, knowing me as well as I do. Maybe not.

    I found the treadmill to be very boring, but I do have a few suggestions:
    1–Do it early in the day, before you tire out.
    2–Get a TV set up so you can go on the treadmill while you watch a show.
    3–Vary the speed so you change things up a little.

    You never know, once you get started you might like it! I used to love using my weight bench I had set up in the basement. Unfortunately we had to move and couldn’t bring it with us.
