Lifes Like That

So with school supply shopping and Christmas shopping just creeping up on us, my husband and I have started to do some cutting back with expenses so that we will have the extra money for all this shopping. We have decided to get rid of my car which will save a lot in gas and insurance costs, we have decided to get rid of our Toshiba Satellite system and we have been cutting back on the eating out so much. Hopefully with all these changes we will be able to save quite a bit of money and have this extra for all the items we need to purchase in the upcoming months. If this doesn’t work, I may have to go out and get a real job. Oh no! Just kidding. I wouldn’t mind going back to work if that’s what I need to do.

I honestly don’t know where the time goes. It seems like only yesterday I was giving birth to my daughter, but in reality it has been 10 years ago. Ten years ago tomorrow she entered into this world. Where does the time go? And 8 years ago on Monday my youngest son arrived raring and ready to go. Man I’m starting to feel so old.

On Monday we are having their party, but tomorrow they will both get their presents. Because they are so close in age, we don’t like to make our son wait for his present. They are both going to be over the moon when they get their present tomorrow. My husband bought them both a DS. They have both been asking for one since last Christmas but because of the high price tag, we have been putting off purchasing them. Remember, we have to buy two. But they were on sale so the kids finally get what they want. I can’t wait to see both their faces first thing in the morning.

Well another month has come and gone and you all know what that means. Yup, it’s time for my monthly post to thank all you Entrecard droppers for dropping by and for your visits. I do really appreciate each and every visit. And I especially appreciate the loyal ones.
