Today is my husband’s and I’s eight wedding anniversary. So I would like to take this opportunity to wish him a seriously great anniversary. And hopefully we have many, many more to come!
Happy anniversary and I love you!

Last week I made the decision that I don’t want to be a waitress for the rest of my life. So I have been doing a little research to see what type of field that I may like to get into. After doing this research I have determined that I’m probably going to need to go back to school to upgrade my education. And since I am now in my 40’s I have decided to take an online course.
After much searching, I have decided to possibly enroll in the Masters of Science in Information Security program. Because I’m not very technical I have decided to try out their managerial concentration. This course looks very interesting to me. They will teach you all aspects of information security. And since they have been around for a very long time, you can just bet that they offer one of the best information security programs around.
Although I do have two small kids still living at home, I am planning on putting this plan into action quite soon. I would like to be able to switch career when my daughter is old enough to watch my son. And that will take place in a couple of years, so I really need to get moving on this.

It seems like when one person gets cancer, then you hear about a ton of people who have been diagnosed with this disease. This holds true for ailments such as mesothelioma as well. Earlier this month I was informed that an aunt of mine now has cancer. And then last week my husband told me about three other people that we know that have been recently diagnosed as well. It seems like this cancer illness is affecting just about everyone we know. I have already lost my dad to cancer as well as an uncle and my husband lost his mother to this disease as well. You know, sometimes I long for the days when you hear someone has passed away from natural causes.

I am so impressed with myself. Earlier today I spent a couple hours making jewelry. I haven’t done that in a very long time. Every time I went to make the jewelry something else would always come up. So I decided that this time I wouldn’t let anything get in my way. I created two matching sets of earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Hopefully this won’t be a one time only deal and I will be able to make more creations in the very near future. Only time will tell I guess.

Earlier this week I posted that I THOUGHT we would be able to go camping this weekend. Well that really didn’t work out the way I thought it would. First my husband had to work yesterday and then… yes, you guessed it, we got some rain. Seriously folks I am so sick and tired of this weather that I’m seriously considering making some Outer Banks reservations and running away. So far this summer, we have had some pretty crappy weather and haven’t been able to do much of anything. This has made the kids and me really cranky. Hopefully soon, this trend will end, we will see better weather and be able to do some stuff.

No really! I’ve been saying this for a few years, but now I really mean it. Our neighbors have always been a little weird, but now they are getting outright dangerous. The other night my neighbor created a homemade fire pit in his yard and put it right on the front lawn. Well now my husband and I are quite terrified that he will end up burning our house down. So we really need to get out of here and get away from all this. This weekend we plan on looking at some homes and plan to start looking at manufactured homes first. We have sped up our search for a new home due to the actions of our neighbors. It’s just time to get out.

Well folks I think it’s finally going to happen! I think we are actually going to get a nice weekend. Our long range forecast is calling for sun on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so my husband and I are planning on taking the kids on a little camping trip this weekend. If we do in fact get out, this will be the first one of the season. The last few weekends have been so crappy that we haven’t even attempted to try to get in a camping trip. So please keep all your fingers and toes crossed that the weather stays the way it’s supposed to for this upcoming weekend.

I can always tell when I’ve spent too much time on the Internet. That is when the headaches start creeping in and are harder to get rid of. Well this has started happening to me, so I know it’s time once again to step away from the computer. So for the next couple of days, you won’t see me post anything about Patentrim reviews or anything else. I’m going to have to walk away from my computer to see if I can get rid of these headaches.

This morning we experienced a sever thunder and lightening storm. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it rain so hard. It has finished raining now, but the outside is extremely wet so I can’t do any work outside today. So I have decided to rearrange the living room. I’ve got most of it done, but I am having a hard time deciding where to move the plasma stand. I may just end up leaving it where it is and move all the other furniture instead. But it’s a great day to do this. Hopefully we have seen the last of the rain for today so the yard can dry up. Once it’s dry, I won’t be rearranging the living room any longer.
